CCT Workshop: the Italian model for public procurement

ANIAF announces the workshop organized by one of its members, G.C.F. – Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie, entitled “Collegio Consultivo Tecnico (CCT): the Italian model to reduce disputes in public procurement”, which will take place on 13 May 2026 from 9:00 to 13:00 at the Auditorium Antonianum.

The event is part of the International Conference of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), which will be held in Rome on 14 and 15 May.

The workshop aims to illustrate and discuss the fundamental principles of CCT administration, with particular attention to practical aspects and references to the procedures used in Dispute Boards. It is intended for industry professionals interested in the use and management of a CCT or in becoming members of one, as well as experts in alternative dispute resolution.

The workshop lecturers are Avv. Jacopo Monaci Naldini LL.M FCIArb and Prof. Ing. Andrea del Gro.
